"Zunächst muß der erstklassige Service von Nestor und Jeeves erwähnt werden! Jede noch so kleine Frage wurde vom Concierge umgehend beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Im selben Haus ist die einzelne Garage im Tiefgaragenkomplex ebenfalls über den Aufzug erreichbar. Man merkt, es ist keine Wohnung, die ausschließlich zur Vermietung vorgehalten wird. Ein Schlafzimmer ist abgeschlossen da es offensichtlich das Zimmer der Eigentümer ist. Nette Dekoration, fast perfekte Ausstattung, sehr gute Matratze im Bett und perfekt einstellbare, leise arbeitende Klimaanlage."

"This is a lovely apartment in a very good location in Nice. It is close to transportation of all kind. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a fully equiped kitchen. The bed is comfortable. There is an elevator and easy access to free parking. The sea is a 10 minute walk away. The air conditioner works well, as do the washing machine and dishwasher. This apartment is especially nice for longer stays. When we arrived, the apartment was very clean."

"You have to pick up the keys at a completely different location than the apartment. Be warned: the management company is at 43 rue de France, about a 10 min walk from the flat. The management company works on a factor of one: one place for everyone to pick up keys; one pillow per person; one sheet; one blanket; one hand towel; one towel; one extra toilet roll; and one bin liner (in use). The apartment is great; the management company less so."
